Singer Jackie Chandiru Fans Excited After Making A Big Come Back

Singer Jackie Chandiru is back with a bang. The latest news is that the once sensational singer has released a new hit song dubbed ‘Mi Ora Ku‘ which means for ‘Don’t Mind’.

The song was composed in Jackie’s ancestral language Lugbarat and written by her. Currently, the song is doing well on our airwaves and this marks her comeback to the music Industry as fans are excited.

While appearing on a local television program some days ago, former Blu3 singer opened up for the first time about her struggles of dealing with the deadly drug addiction that almost killed her. The singer put an end to speculations that have been going about her come back and medical condition

It was her first ever media interview ever since she was taken to the rehab over drug abuse. In the same interview, she revealed what exactly happened

“I had problems, I was sick and started misusing prescription drugs that my doctor gave me to help with my back pains due to a very bad car accident I had and with time I became addicted. I didn’t want to eat food and the only thing on my mind was the drugs. I longed for them without knowing that they were killing me.” Chandiru said.

The singer is well remembered for having been part of the Blue 3 trio in the early 2000s alongside Lilian Mbabazi and Cindy sanyu. When the group collapsed, she went solo and started releasing hit songs.

Ugandan Music fans loved the singer because of her epic stage performances. Her hit song dubbed ‘Gold Digger’ took her places and it was one of the best songs she had ever recorded.

Jackie Chandiru before that had also been in the news for many reasons including the cat fights she had with a lady known as Linda over city lawyer Caleb Alaka before getting married to her Polish sweetheart Nol Van Vliet in 2017.
