Team No Sleep artiste Sheeba Karungi will on the 30th of this month launch her ‘Omwooyo’ album at a concert that will take place at Hotel Africana’s Parking Space where her last concert dubbed ‘Nkwataako’ happened in December 2016
Earlier on Monday the 5th of November, Sheebah held her press conference at the same venue and promised that this is going to be the biggest concert this year as she has a lot in stock for her fans.
“The reason why I didn’t have a concert last year was because I was gathering content to unleash this year in my concert. My first concert in 2016 was big but believe me this is going to be bigger. In fact, I’m going to triple what I did two years back,” Sheebah said.
Asked why she didn’t name the concert ‘Mummy Yo’ which is a bigger hit than ‘Omwoyo’, Sheeba said that she had twist things a little bit.
“Every musician has been doing the same over and over again. I had to be different from them and that is why I have named the concert Omwoyo. Besides that, they are still both my songs.”
Renowned music and events promoter KT of KT Promotions is the one organiser of the ‘Omwooyo’ album launch concert whose entry fees are Ug Shs 30,000 ordinary, 50,000 VIP and 2 million for a table.
After entertaining her fans at Africana on 30th of November, singer Sheebah will head to Satelite Beach Mukono, Freedom City, Nimrod Beach Luwero, Mbale and finally Agip Motel in Mbarara on 1st ,2nd, 7th, 8th and 9th November respectively and all shows’ entry fees are Ug Sh 10,000 only
