Why Music Promoter Emma Carlos Partnered With Rydim Empire

Music promoter Emma Carlos needs no introduction on Uganda’s music industry. He has been behind a great number of acts like Wafagio, Coco Finger, Dream Gals and Khalifa Aganaga among others. He was also part of the Goodlyfe management but after the passing of Mowzey Radio, he decided to quit the label and pursue his personal business. A few months ago, he signed a Dancehall artiste called Zil Zil  to his record label dubbed Twinkle Star

On Thursday the 2nd of August, Emma Carlos made a partnership with manager Derrick of Rydim Empire and they are now working together to promote artistes signed to the record label starting with a trio known as the Rydim Boys. They publicized their  partnership at a press briefing that was held at Makindye Mubarak Stage

According to manager Derrick, he decided to partner with Carlos because of his experience in the industry.

“I have decided to partner with Emma Carlos because I cannot do everything myself now. I needed someone with an experience like mine and Emma Carlos is exactly that person.” he said.

Like Carlos, Derrick has also been in the music industry for some time and among the artistes he managed include David Lutalo, Ziza Bafana, Mary Batta and Eddy Kenzo among others and together they promised a lot on their partnership journey they took on on Thursday and the sky will only be the limit for them.

Services of New Partnership between Emma Carlos and Rydim Empire

1.They shall specialize in signing new artists, and maintaining them.

2. They will develop new genres of music by which are lifeblood of music by utilizing the new technological innovation in production alongside top producers and working with top notch song writers.

3. They will be buying and Selling of Live concerts and Shows and later promoting, publicizing and organizing the ones they buy.

4. They seek to create a pro-growth industry forum without the vested interests of the current bodies to balance the market between majors and independents
